Responsibilities & Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in IT or Engineering related course
Equipped with IT skill knowledge in hardware and software (e.g. desktop server and related software)
Applicants with sales experience are preferred
To prospect new customers and follow-up on sales inquiries to maximize sales opportunities
Sales and customer driven with strong selling, presentation & negotiation skill
Self-driven, results oriented and able to work under pressure

Telemarketer

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in IT-related course
Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support
Receive first level calls from customers, enter problem into ticket management system, track and escalate problems as necessary and assign appropriate support staff to solve problem in timely manner
Dealing with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to the support desk and escalated to the
Desktop Support Administrator
Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office suite and other applications as assigned
Setup desktop computers, peripherals, and test network connections
Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers
Knowledge of windows cloning (Laptop / workstation)
Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment

Application Engineer / BIM Modeller

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Diploma Or Degree Holder In Architecture, Civil Engineering or Building Courses
2-4 years experience in design, drafting or engineering in public and private sector
Proficient in CAD and/or M&E Drawings including 3D BIM Models and BIM Documentations and Workflow
Candidates must be well-versed in local BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines
Ability to conduct training, pre and post-sales support, project consultation and product demonstration
Knowledge and experience in handling Autodesk related products and other software related to Architecture and BIM applications, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Media and Entertainment etc.
Must be able to work independently with ability in problem solving

Web Designer

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Nitec / Diploma in Web Design, Computer Engineering or Website-related Course
1 year experience in web development and design is preferred

To maintain and update company website (Wordpress)
To manage and update the company’s Buy Online Store
To develop site content and graphics by designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc.
Knowledgeable in registering web domain names and organising the hosting of the website
To proofread content and making changes where necessary
To monitor the number of hits and align with search engine requirements
To produce interactive forms
Able to write in-house applications in IOS and Android
To create artwork and designs for: newsletters, videos, posters, banners, corporate gifts and event booths
Possesses creativity, attention to details and teamwork
